Hurricane Wash is a year-round service! We clean in cold, snowy weather, as well as hot, humid weather. We are also still able to clean on rainy days if it’s not a blowing, driving rain. A light rain will not affect our services.

Do you hook up to our water?

Yes.

How much water will be used?

Depending on the job size, an average job will use 200-250 gallons of water. Cape Fear Utility charges approximately $8$ per 1,000 gallons of water.

How will any chemicals used effect my yard, my plants and the environment

We take a lot of pride in using the right method, dilution, and application for the job and making sure we don’t damage your plants or lawn in the process. All of our chemicals are also environmentally safe and all safely break down into non-harmful components, whether in the air, soil, or water.

Will you cause any damage to my home with the pressure that you use?

Our pressure washing professionals are extremely dedicated to taking care of your property like it’s our own and making sure we use the right tools, chemicals, and pressure for the job s so no damage is done.

Is there anything that I have to do prior to arriving to my home?

All we ask is that all windows be closed and locked and all items on the patio & porch are removed. We are more concerned about anything electronic, fabric, or fragile.

Does a professional window cleaning include the inside of my windows, or just the exterior?

We can clean both, Our window cleaning professionals near you are trained to work carefully and safely on the interior of your home.

What about my curtains or grids, do I need to take them down before having my windows cleaned?

While any assistance is welcome, it is not necessary. It does not affect the window cleaning process, our window cleaning professionals can work around almost everything in the house!

We are a 100% mobile business. We can come to your location, whether it be your home or your work , and service the vehicle while you are comfortable in your environment.

Hurricane Wash is a year-round service; however, when detailing we do need it to be either in a covered spot or on a dry day to be able to do many of the services

Is there anything that I have to do before you arrive?

We advise you to park in the shade and use sunshades.

Do you offer engine bay cleaning & headlight restoration?

Yes these are a common request, Book now to get your car looking great!

Do you offer wax. polish, or buffing as a service?

Yes, our Wash & Wax package offers includes a wax polish, this is great for most vehicles and leaves a great shine. However our Showroom Package also offers a single stage buff for vehicles that need a little more attention.

We are a 100% mobile business. We can come to your location, whether it be your home or your work , and service the boat while you are comfortable in your environment.

Does weather affect the mobile detailing service?

Hurricane Wash is a year-round service; however, when detailing, we do need it in either in a covered spot or on a dry day to be able to preform many of the services fully.

Do you offer wax. polish, or buffing as a service?

Yes, our Wash and Wax Package includes a wax polish , this is great for most boats. Our Showroom Package however does include a Buff and Wax Polish to give even the dullest boat a shine.
